Preparation of porridge: Add 3tbsp of Kannankaya dried slices into a mixer grinder and make into fine powder. Add this fine powder to one cup of milk/ drinking water in a clean bowl and stir it lump free. Cook in low flame, stir well until powder forms a thick porridge texture. Add Sugar/ rock sugar for sweetness. Allow to cool and the serve. Serve as warm. Caution: Use prepared porridge within half an hour. Otherwise microbial deterioration may set in. Discard unused feed.
