Eucalyptus oil has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activities. Oral administration of eucalyptus oils is used to alleviative cough, throat inflammation & bronchial congestion. The active component, Cineol helps in limiting certain inflammatory mediators, thus, controls the pathogens of respiratory tract. Menthol is the alcoholic constituent of the peppermint oil, acts as a local anesthetic, antiseptic and cooling agent which helps alleviate laryngitis, bronchitis and tracheitis. The Saponin components are responsible for complete water solubility and stability of MINTOSOL solution.
