Flavoura Kurma Masala, Packet

Description Preparing traditional Korma is now easier with Flavoura Korma masala. Made with carefully chosen ingredients, giving equal importance to taste and quality. Ingredients: Chicken/beef/mutton Coconut milk/grated coconut Big onion Tomatoes Flavoura tikka masala Ginger garlic paste Curd Cashew nuts Salt Mustard seeds I kg I cup/4 tblspn 2 to 3 nos 2 nos I tbl spn 3/4 tbl spn 2 tblspn I hand full As required 1 tea spn Method: Grind together cashew nuts, curd and coconut milk or grated coconut and keep aside. Add oil and mustard seeds into pan. Add onions and saute until light brown. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add flavoura kurma masala and add salt. Add chicken pieces and cook till done. Once the chicken is well cooked add the ground ingredients into the curry and boil for 1 or 2 mints. Serve hot.
