We cultivate paddy in our own farm lands, following natural farming practices avoiding any usage of harmful chemicals. We ensure the right milling (hand pound quality) and pack the rice in air tight export quality LD packing to increase the shelf life. 2. Most of the Low GI Rice brands available in the market procure the paddy from the market and thus have a drawback of lacking in genuine pure low GI quality as it gets mixed up with few other similar varieties during the sourcing of paddy. Since this is procured from the market, pesticide content in the rice makes it fail to meet international quality and export standards for the developed markets. Most of the companies in the market sell this low GI rice in the fully polished form. 3.
